Our inspiration is everyone's marshmallow and sugar coated Easter treat.
These yellow-shelled truffles are filled with white chocolate-marshmallow flavored ganache with pieces of marshmallow chicks. Decorated with colored sanding sugar and 2 chocolate "eyes".
